• Non-Refundable Payments: As outlined in our Refund Policy, all payments made for services, whether in ETH or $XSPY, are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

• Subscription & Token-Based Payments – For users who opt to pay in $XSPY, pricing is dynamically adjusted based on the real-time market value of the token. The cancellation of a service will not result in any refund or reimbursement, regardless of fluctuations in token value.
